Choosing where to live in Las Cruces

Las Cruces is spread across the Mesilla Valley with the Organ Mountains on the east and the Rio Grande to the west. East side and northeast areas hold most of the new construction. The west mesa offers views and space. Central and older parts of the city, along with Mesilla, have the most history and character.
